Justus Olu Paul (Chairman)

Mr. Paul is the founder and Chief Executive of Paul and Paul Chemists Limited in Lagos. He had his education in England where he trained as a pharmaceutical chemist, before starting his career with Safeway Chemists Limited, a division of U.A.C.N. and rose to become the Deputy Chairman. He was one of the first African Managers of the U.A.C.N. Group.

He is an important investor and director of several companies which include International Dredging Limited.

Victor O. Ogiemwonyi

Mr. Ogiemwonyi was until 1991 with NAL Merchant Bank Plc., the oldest and one of the most respected merchant banking houses in Lagos.

As a Relationship Officer in the Credit Department with lending experience of 5 years, he managed accounts of some of the largest multinational companies like PZ Industries, UAC Group, CFAO, SCOA, Beecham, etc.

He gained valuable experience and exposure during these years. Mr. Ogiemwonyi was, until the setting up of Partnership Investment Company Limited, the Chief Executive Officer of Financial Derivatives Company, where he organized one of the most successful financial seminars on “Money and Capital Markets” in collaboration with the Nigeria Stock Exchange and Merrill Lynch as the Guest Faculty.

Mr. Ogiemwonyi has a background in Accounting and earned an MBA in 1981. he has attended several courses both locally and abroad. He is well traveled and understands the workings of the financial markets.

Mr. S. C. Irune
	Mr. Irune is presently the Executive Director of Arbico Plc., one of the largest construction companies in Nigeria. He is an Economist and serves on the board of several companies

Mrs. Yinka Omorogbe (Prof)
	Prof. Mrs. Omorogbe is a versatile and accomplished lawyer with major interest in Petroleum Law. She is currently at the University of Ibadan as a Professor in the Faculty of Law. Mrs. Omorogbe is involved with several research efforts at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos.

Mr. Clem Baiye

Mr. Baiye is both a Director and the former Chairman of Cornerstone Insurance Company Limited.

He was educated at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and at the Warwick University in Britain.

Mr. Baiye was the General manager of new Nigerian newspaper, from where he joined NAL Merchant Bank Limited and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager. He is also a director of several companies including International credit Consulting Group Limited.
